Brendan Williams is known for his expertise on the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare, and the regulatory and statutory standards applicable to long-term care.
Brendan Williams possesses great writing abilities owing to which he is a creative writer and author of seven published law review articles, with six more accepted for publication, and over 60 print newspaper columns.
In 1997, Brendan Williams earned Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law and in 1994, he earned M.A., Criminal Justice from Washington State University. In addition, he earned B.A. from The Evergreen State College in 1992.
Brendan Williams has worked at New Hampshire Health Care Association as the President/CEO. He started working there in May 2016 and is still working there. He possesses outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
While working there, Brendan Williams is responsible for managing and running trade association for 90 long-term care facilities. He is quite involved in enhancing and promoting the profession’s image and its legislative and regulatory positions.
